AAE (Malta) represents engineers working with
Air Malta plc and also Lufthansa Technik Malta (a joint venture between Air Malta and Lufthansa Technik). AAE (Malta) works
closely with both Companies to ensure that high standards and mutual objectives
are achieved. AAE (Malta) is affiliated with Aircraft Engineers International,
a worldwide affiliation of associations and unions that represent aircraft
maintenance engineers.
The
AAE (Malta) has exclusive Collective Bargaining rights for all Engineers
employed with Air Malta plc (Engineering and Information Technology
departments) and Lufthansa Technik.
